Have an organized, successful, sustained youth program for church and community. Within one year, we will assess the need to develop a marketing strategy, program leadership, etc.<

Have assessed facility needs addressing the most immediate and doable, and have in place a plan and strategy for physical plant expansion.  Within one year, we will assess the immediate needs for church and community.

Have developed an improved communication system, internal and external (outside)  Must have feedback loop built in so that people can respond.

Have identified outreach opportunities and provided the appropriate staffing and have begun to respond.  Within one year, we will assess opportunities to establish a talent pool.

Keep mission and vision statement before the congregation.
