HOSPITALITY 101: Everything
you'll ever need to know about hosting the FELLOWSHIP TIME--(at least through
the construction)
First, IT IS EASY!! Now for the details
Things you don't need to do or bring:
-
Coffee will be brewed and ready to go --
(Thank you Joy Boys!).
-
Table cloth is provided and on the table.
-
Napkins, plates, and cups are provided and
located under the table.
-
Serving baskets are provided and located under
the table. (If you need more than 3, please let Leo know)
-
If you plan on bringing your own platters or
baskets please choose disposable type as our storage space is extremely limited.
Things you do need to do or bring:
-
Sign up -- PLEASE!! (Sign up sheet is located
on the hospitality table)
-
Plan to provide a light snack for
approximately 120 members of the church family and visitors. (This is for BOTH
services. Please tidy up for the second service.)
-
Please keep the snacks easy and simple --
notice the EASY theme. Cookies, pretzels, crackers are just some suggestions --
please refrain from any sticky, gooey or messy snacks -- yes they are the best,
but this is just a small sacrifice we have to make during this transition time.
-
Also bring 1 quart of half & half or milk, for
the coffee, and 2 gallons of a cold beverage of your choice (juice, lemonade,
iced tea)
Notice? There are more things you don't have to do than things you have to do
to host fellowship time.
If this is your first time to host fellowship and would like to partner up with
one of the hospitality members or if you have any questions, please feel free to
call Leo Balzereit 653-8475.
The Hospitality Committee thanks you! Leo Balzereit, Chair, Deb Adair, Suzanne
McKinnon, Marilyn Nye and Heather Thompson
