PROJECT

The project consists of several key features with functions to benefit our congregation:

Fellowship Hall—1600 square feet with circular 15-foot high glass wall overlooking the spring.

Educational Building—expansion on the top floor will add approximately 200 square feet of useable space with the addition of a dormer; and approximately 500 square feet with the addition off the end of the building. This will allow for remodeling to create four (4) additional classrooms, restrooms, and storage area.

A Library area will be added to the end of the building on the first floor.

An Elevator will be housed in the new addition to give better access to all floors.

Kitchen facilities will be improved and updated to give the additional capacity to serve our Fellowship Hall.

Restrooms will be rebuilt in the lower level to accommodate the increased building capacity.

Parking area will accommodate an additional 180 spaces.

Total Estimated Cost of the project is $1.75 million.
